Leadership

Tyler Boyd, Manager

Tyler has over a decade of experience in landscape and aquatic maintenance, with a strong background in sales and customer relations. His work in the green industry has taken him to a variety of projects at golf courses, country clubs, and other landscapes throughout Indiana and, most recently, Michigan. Tyler will bring his previous experience to best serve HWC’s Water & Land Resources clients to the highest standards.

Shane Floyd, Director

With over 20 years of experience, Shane Floyd has a wide base of knowledge all related to water management. He helps Governmental clients manage their Stormwater Programs, which include everything from Green Infrastructure inspections to BMP Inspection and Maintenance. He also helps Commercial clients manage their Stormwater Permits, which include everything from spraying invasive weeds to treating their regulated retention ponds for invasive weeds and algae.
